## Context

Teams using Google Cloud could run ClickHouse Cloud there, but the Postgres side of the transactional and analytical stack had to run on AWS or a third-party provider. This created cross-cloud replication, egress costs, and separate networking and compliance management.

## Approach / What changed

ClickHouse is bringing its fully managed, Local SSD-backed Postgres service to GCP, with native CDC into ClickHouse through ClickPipes, pg\_clickhouse as a unified query layer, production-oriented managed features, and provisioning through OpenAPI, Terraform, and clickhousectl. The service also supports managed migrations from existing Postgres deployments.
