## Context

ClickHouse had more than 200 integrations in the wild but lacked a structured way to manage and support them. Customers also needed validated integrations, certified ClickHouse experts in their regions, and the ability to buy through familiar channels and marketplaces. One-off partnership arrangements were not considered scalable.

## Approach / What changed

House Mates combines prebuilt ISV integrations, trained and certified services and consulting partners, and an expanding reseller network. The program uses three tiers—Ignite, Accelerate, and Prime—with defined enablement paths, benefits, incentives, joint go-to-market support, and co-innovation opportunities.
