## Context

Uber says the redesign is intended to better support drivers with more earnings opportunities, flexibility, and a better day-to-day experience. In Advantage Mode markets, Uber Pro and Advantage Mode are being combined, with most drivers who previously qualified for Advantage Mode expected to qualify for Gold in Uber Pro.

The program awards points for accepting trips, cancelling less, and safely completing rides, then uses status levels to provide different rewards.
