The post explains that hiring has become exponentially harder due to a shift to an employer-led market, new roles in machine learning, and AI-generated resumes that erode trust on both sides. Traditional resumes no longer provide trusted information, and AI tools like ChatGPT produce generic answers that obscure genuine candidates, forcing recruiters to add more stages to hiring processes.
