You'll also play an important role in shaping how advertisers think about local connection, bringing customer insights back to help inform Nextdoor's product innovation, go-to-market strategy, and continued growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and execute a territory strategy that drives sustainable revenue growth across the San Francisco and great West Coast markets
• Identify whitespace opportunities and develop strategies to expand Nextdoor's relationships with existing advertisers, agencies, and prospective customers

• Maintain a healthy pipeline through disciplined opportunity management, accurate forecasting, and thoughtful prioritization
• Partner closely with Ad Solutions, Marketing, Product, Measurement, and Operations to deliver successful campaigns and exceptional client experiences
• Effectively manage advertiser expectations throughout the campaign lifecycle while identifying opportunities for long-term account growth and retention
• Navigate complex enterprise buying processes and build consensus across multiple stakeholders
• Thrive in a fast-moving environment by balancing short- and long-term priorities while adapting quickly to evolving business needs
• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals
• Participate in in-person Nextdoor events such as trainings, off-sites, volunteer days, and team building exercises
